The short version

We collect the minimum needed to send you what you asked for, we send exactly that, and we don’t sell, rent, or share your information for marketing. One request produces one delivery — no drip sequences.

What we collect

Information you submit through forms on this site (name, role, institution, email) and standard server logs from our hosting provider. The self-assessment runs entirely in your browser; its answers are neither stored nor transmitted.

How we use it

To deliver the specific document or reply you requested, and to respond if you contact us. We do not add form submitters to recurring email lists without a separate, explicit request.

Third parties

Form submissions are processed by our website host, Squarespace, and routed internally using Microsoft automation and productivity tools. We do not sell personal information. We use no advertising trackers.

Retention & your choices

We retain submissions as long as needed for the purpose above. Email jgamble@nextchaptercampus.com to request access to or deletion of your information.
