P.01Who we are
NxtChapter Campus Advisors, Inc. (“NxtChapter,” “we,” “us”) is a Georgia corporation providing bookstore contract auditing and advisory services to colleges and universities. This policy describes how we handle information collected through this website. It does not govern client engagements, which are covered by the confidentiality terms of the applicable engagement agreement.
P.02Information we collect
We collect information in three ways, all of them ordinary:
- Information you give us. Name, role, institution, and email address when you submit a form — requesting the audit brief, a gated resource, or a scoping conversation — and the contents of any email you send us.
- Self-assessment inputs. The bookstore self-assessment runs in your browser. Your answers are not transmitted to us unless and until you choose to submit a follow-up request; running the tool alone sends us nothing.
- Technical data. Standard server logs and basic, aggregate analytics (pages visited, approximate region, browser type). We do not use advertising trackers or sell analytics data. [Confirm analytics provider and cookie inventory before launch.]
P.03How we use it
- To send you the specific document or response you requested;
- To conduct the scoping and engagement conversations you initiate;
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it;
- To comply with legal obligations.
Consistent with the promise on our forms: one request produces one response. We do not enroll you in a marketing sequence unless you explicitly ask for ongoing material.
P.04What we don’t do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information — to anyone, for any purpose.
- We do not use advertising networks or cross-site tracking.
- We do not send unsolicited marketing to addresses collected through this site.
P.05Sharing
We share information only with: (a) service providers who process it on our behalf (email delivery, website hosting, form processing) under confidentiality obligations; (b) professional advisors where necessary; and (c) authorities where the law requires it. That is the complete list.
P.06Retention
We keep contact-form submissions and correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose you provided them, and no longer. You may request deletion at any time (see P.08).
P.07Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the modest categories of data this site collects. No internet transmission is perfectly secure, and we make no absolute guarantee.
P.08Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@nxtchapteradvisors.com. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional statutory rights; we will honor valid requests regardless of where you reside. [Counsel to confirm applicability of state privacy statutes based on traffic and client footprint.]
P.09Audience
This site is directed to professionals at higher-education institutions. It is not directed to minors, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
P.10Third-party links
Pages on this site may link to external resources (for example, federal regulatory materials or data-source documentation). Their privacy practices are their own.
P.11Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new effective date and version number. Material changes will be noted plainly at the top of the policy.
